FeedLens (feedlens.xeviora.com) is a product of Xeviora. Xeviora is a brand operated by LIU HU, a sole proprietor ("we", "us", "our").

By creating an account, installing our browser extension or app, or purchasing a plan, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use FeedLens.

FeedLens is an RSS/feed reader delivered as a Chrome browser extension together with the website at feedlens.xeviora.com. The core reader — feed discovery, subscriptions, local reading, OPML import/export and article export — is free and runs locally in your browser. Optional AI features (TLDR/Summarize, Translate, Daily Digest and Smart Filter/Focus) run through our backend, require an account and are metered in credits.

FeedLens displays content from feeds you choose to subscribe to. That content belongs to its respective publishers and is subject to their terms.

We may improve, change or discontinue features over time. If we remove a core paid feature you are paying for, we will tell you in advance and you may cancel and request a refund under our Refund Policy.

You must provide accurate information, keep your login credentials secure and be at least 16 years old (or the age of digital consent in your country). You are responsible for activity under your account. Signing in on this site also enables AI features in the FeedLens extension on that browser.

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com. Paddle.com is the Merchant of Record for all our orders. Paddle provides all customer service inquiries and handles returns.

Checkout for all Xeviora products is handled securely on xeviora.com. Your purchase is also subject to Paddle's Buyer Terms (https://www.paddle.com/legal/buyer-terms). Charges appear on your card or bank statement as "PADDLE.NET* XEVIORA" (or "PAYPAL *PADDLE.NET" for PayPal). For invoices, receipts, payment methods and refunds you can also visit https://paddle.net.

Prices are shown in USD. Taxes may apply depending on your location and are calculated at checkout.

Paid plans (Starter — $5/month or $50/year; Pro — $12/month or $120/year; Studio — $24/month or $240/year) are billed in advance on a monthly or yearly basis and renew automatically at the then-current price until cancelled. You can cancel at any time from your account's billing page or via the link in your receipt email. Cancellation stops future renewals and takes effect at the end of the current billing period; you keep access until then. We will notify you before any price change takes effect.

The Free plan costs nothing and does not renew. We do not offer free trials of paid plans.

Credits are prepaid usage units that can only be used within FeedLens to access its features. Credits have no cash value, are non-transferable, cannot be sold, gifted, exchanged or redeemed for cash, and cannot be used for any other product or service. Credits are not a stored-value or payment instrument. Credits do not expire while your account is open, and unused credits carry over from one billing period to the next. Refunds for purchases that include credits are governed by our Refund Policy.

New accounts receive 20 one-time free credits (the Free plan). Each paid plan includes a monthly allotment of credits: Starter 200, Pro 420 and Studio 850 credits per month. Each AI action costs a fixed number of credits, shown next to its button: TLDR/Summarize 1, Translate 1, Smart Filter/Focus 1 and Daily Digest 3. Credits are deducted when you run an action and are returned automatically if the action fails. Reading, subscribing and exporting never use credits.

You agree not to use FeedLens to: break any law; infringe anyone's intellectual property or privacy; access content or data you are not authorised to access; violate the terms of third-party websites or services; send spam or unsolicited messages; collect personal data about others without a lawful basis; interfere with or overload our systems; or resell or share the service without our permission. You also agree not to reverse-engineer the service, attempt to extract API keys or bypass credit metering.

You may not use AI features to create or distribute: content depicting a real person without their explicit consent; face swaps, deepfakes or voice imitations; sexual or adult content; content that infringes intellectual property or trademarks (including other companies' logos); academic work to be submitted as your own; medical, legal or financial advice; or anything illegal, harmful or deceptive. AI output can be inaccurate — verify it before relying on it. We may filter inputs and outputs and suspend accounts that violate this section.

You keep ownership of the content you create or upload. You grant us only the permissions needed to operate the service for you (for example, to store, process or display it). You are responsible for having the rights to the content you use with FeedLens.

FeedLens, Xeviora and their software, design and branding belong to us. These Terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks. Third-party names and trademarks mentioned on our sites belong to their owners; FeedLens is not affiliated with or endorsed by them.

FeedLens is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind, to the extent permitted by law. To the maximum extent permitted by law, we are not liable for indirect or consequential losses, and our total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the service in the 12 months before the claim. Nothing in these Terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law or your statutory rights as a consumer.

You can stop using FeedLens and delete your account at any time. We may suspend or terminate accounts that breach these Terms. Cancellation of a paid plan is handled as described in section 5. Your local reader data stays on your device either way.

We may update these Terms. We will post the new version here with a new date and, for material changes, notify you by email or in the product. Continued use after changes take effect means you accept them.

These Terms are governed by applicable law. If you are a consumer, you also benefit from any mandatory protections of the law of the country where you live.
